Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collect, compile, and process data from diverse sources, applying advanced statistical and econometric methods to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, synthesizing relevant research to inform ongoing projects, and prepare high-quality drafts for reports, academic papers, presentations, and executive summaries.

Qualification, Experience and Demonstrated Skills

  • Educational Qualification: A Master’s degree in Economics from a reputed institution, either from India or abroad.
  • Research Experience: Prior experience in conducting research with a proven academic or research track record is highly desirable.
  • Time Management: Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and managing multiple tasks efficiently as assigned by the team leader.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with economic databases and strong proficiency in econometric software, including Stata or R.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, Tableau for documentation and presentation purposes.

Compensation: A salary that is commensurate with market and experience of the right candidate.
