Sovini Mondal is working as a Research Associate at NCAER. She has a postgraduate degree in Economics specializing in International Trade from Symbiosis School of Economics, Pune. She has a working experience at CUTS International, where she worked on projects like analyzing the impact of the inverted duty structures on multiple sectors and women’s engagement in the warehousing sector, and interned at Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS), worked on municipal budget data for over 50 municipalities. Passionate about international trade and sustainable development, with her research interests include sampling methods, data collection, data quality, and quantitative research. She also has a knowledge of software such as Stata.
