Chetana Chaudhuri is a Fellow at NCAER. Her primary research interests are in the areas of Energy, Environment, Macroeconomics, Employment and Health Economics. She has previously been associated with the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP), Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) and Institute of Economic Growth (IEG). She has worked on a wide variety of studies pertaining to macro-economic analysis, input-output modelling, , social accounting matrix, health financing, labour market analysis, energy analysis of industries and the household sector, analyses of large sample surveys, qualitative and quantitative assessment of government schemes like ESI, PMJAY, PMMVY, and RKVY, etc; benefit cost analysis, and benefit incidence analysis, among others. She has a doctorate degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi.
