Ms. Divya Singh is the Head of Finance and Administration at NCAER.

She brings over 15+ years of experience in financial management, internal audit, administration, governance and institutional processes across a policy research institution, infrastructure and housing organisations, professional services and banking.

At NCAER, she oversees financial management, administration, governance and regulatory compliance, and works on strengthening financial and administrative processes, governance frameworks, compliance systems and institutional planning. Her responsibilities also include financial planning and budgeting, institutional policies, risk management and supporting the organisation’s expanding portfolio of research programmes, centres and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining NCAER, she led the Internal Audit function at ATS Infrastructure in Noida. She has also served as a Senior Accounts Officer with the Indian Air Force Naval Housing Board, Delhi, and has experience in Accounting, Corporate Finance & Strategy, Auditing, and Governance.

She holds an MBA in Finance and a certification in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from EY. She also holds a DNIIT certification from NIIT.
