Nisha Goel is a Research Associate at NCAER, working with the National Data Innovation Centre (NDIC) and India Human Development Survey (IHDS) – III.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from Punjab Technical University.  She also did M. SC (IT) from Punjab Technical University.
