Bipasa Banerjee is a Research Associate at the NCAER National Data Innovation Centre (NDIC). Her primary research interest is in the area of development economics with a focus on gender health and public policy. She holds two Master’s degrees, including an MA in Women’s Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad and an MSc in Economics from Calcutta University.

Bijay Chouhan is working as Data Manager with NCAER’s new National Data Innovation Centre. His interest area includes advanced data and IT technologies. Bijay has an experience of around 15 years in applying information technology to processes and systems. An IT professional with considerable experience in managing and analysis of high volume of primary/ secondary dataset, he has been associated with many national/international think-tanks and institutes as IT and Data consultant.
Ramesh Bakthavachalam is working as Librarian at NCAER. Before joining NCAER, he, worked at the Indian Institute of Public Administration, I.P. Estate, Delhi and
V V Giri National Labour Institute, Noida. He has also worked as Librarian under the Ministry of Finance at the Fifth Central Pay Commission, Delhi.
He has a Master’s degree in Economics from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu.
Ajay Gupta is currently working as Consultant with NDIC. Before this he worked in NCAER Account Section for about 20 years. He is having good practical exposure of various accounting function.
