Sameeha Jameel is working as a Research Analyst at NCAER. She holds two Master’s degrees, including Master’s in Development Studies from Dr. B. R Ambedkar University Delhi and Master’s in Economics from Indira Gandhi National Open University, complemented by her Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Mathematics from Zakir Husain Delhi College, Delhi University.
She has interned under a professor from O.P Jindal Global University on a project titled “District-level Health vulnerabilities induced by climate change in India”.
Dr. Sharan Sharma is an Assistant Research Professor with appointments in the departments of Sociology and the Joint Program in Survey Methodology. His research interests include cross-cultural methodology, interviewer effects, interviewer-respondent interaction, survey falsification, paradata, and modeling complex survey data. His management interests lie in the planning and implementation of large-scale complex surveys; more specifically, in organization development, capacity and capability building in developing countries, and process management.
Dr. Sharma has close to two decades of experience in the private sector, most recently as Senior Vice President for TAM India (a Kantar-Nielsen joint venture) where he held responsibilities spanning research, business development, and corporate affairs.
Pradip Kumar Bagchi is working as a Senior Advisor to lead editorial and media outreach work.
He has worked for over 34 years in some of India’s top media organizations including as a Senior Editor, The Times of India; as a Deputy Editor, India Today, as a Deputy Editor, News X; as a Senior News Editor, CNN-IBN; as a Chief Sub Editor/Senior Correspondent, United News of India; as an English Newscaster, All India Radio.
He has also been a visiting faculty on print and broadcast journalism to some of the top media institutes such as Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi; YMCA Institute for Media Studies and Information Technology, New Delhi; TV Today Media Institute, New Delhi-Noida; Apeejay Institute of Mass Communications, New Delhi; Xavier University, Bhubaneswar; KIIT, Bhubaneswar; Amity School of Communication (Noida); and, several others. Mr. Bagchi has a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi.
