Study on Functioning of Targeted Public Distribution System in Six States The main objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of the Targeted Public Distribution System on target groups with respect to selected indicators. System evaluation and beneficiary level evaluation are part of the study. The survey will be conducted in six states; Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, West-Bengal, Assam and Uttar Pradesh. The main target groups of the survey are APL, BPL and AAY cardholders.
